Azt hiszem senkinek sem kell bemutatnom Alison Sudolt, a Fine Frenzy énekesnőjét. De ha mégis, akkor röviden csak annyit mondanék róla, hogy 26 éves, már két lemeze is megjelent az együttesének - ahol természetesen dalszerzőként is funkcionál - most készül a harmadik albumuk, és nemrég fejezte be egy 400 oldalas mesekönyv írását is, aminek a megjelenését már rettentően várom (bár nem hinném, hogy errefelé hallani lehet majd róla...). Számos lánynak jelent inspirációt az öltözködésében, de a Rue Magazine jóvoltából most a lakásába is beleshetünk, amit szintén az eklektikus, kicsit régimódi stílusában rendezett be, elmondása szerint leginkább a bolhapiacról, mert az olyan tárgyakat szereti, amiknek saját történetük van.
De figyelmetekbe ajánlom azt a gyönyörű kisfilmet is, amit a fotózásról készítettek, azt egy kicsit lejjebb, a képek alatt nézhetitek meg. Nekem sajnos a szép, meleg, illatos, madárfüttyös nyári esték jutnak róla eszembe, ami így március elején kicsit fáj, mert ez a fagyos tél csak nem akar még visszavonulni...
I hope I don't need to introduce Alison Sudol, the vocalist of the Fine Frenzy. But if I need to, then I'd tell you, that she's 26, her band has released two albums and they're working on their third. What is more, she has just finished writing a 400 pages children book, that I'm looking forward so much. Her style is an unfailing source of inspiriation for many girls all over the world, but now the Rue Magazine shows us her apartment also, which is full of odd and old things from the flea markets, because she likes if an object has it's own story. These little things make her home really eclectic and "old-fashioned".
But I also reccomend you to watch the beautiful shortfilm they made about the photoshoot at the bottom of this post. Unfortunately it makes me think of the sweet, warm, bird-twittering summer evenings, and it's really painful now in March, when the frosty winter doen't seem to pull back...
